Bamboo Flooring

Flooring Type - Bamboo

Strand woven bamboo flooring is the strongest type of bamboo floor available and best for rooms that will have wheelchair traffic. Strand woven bamboo flooring is made by compressing bamboo strips and resin together under high heat and pressure. The result is a floor that is more durable than many hardwood floor types. There are other varieties of bamboo flooring available, however, they may dent or cup under wheelchair pressure because they are softer.
