Is radiant floor heating recommended under cork for someone with bad allergies?

I don't see any problem with that. You will probably want to use a floating installation.

Thanks for the info. I did a search on here and found a reputable retailer in my area that helped me pick out everything I need. This site was very helpful in my search for flooring.
