Is rubber flooring a good choice for kids that have allergies?

As long as they aren't allergic to latex yes.  If they are allergic to latex, you can get synthetic rubber floors.

I have rubber in my kid's playroom.  I really like it.  It's very easy to clean and I don't have to worry about the kids falling and hurting themselves.  I highly recommend it.
