My area rug is unraveling on a corner. Is there any way to fix it?

RE: rug unraveling
A professional can re-seam this and often repair an unbelievable amount of damage.

RE: rug unraveling
Is it worth it? I didn't pay that much for the rug and I would think it's probably pretty expensive to get it reseamed.

If the rug was inexpensive, you might be better of just buying another, but get a quote from a professional before you make your decision.

A professional can fix it..I think purchasing a new one is the better idea. These days varieties of rugs are available at affordable prices.

RE: rug unraveling
hello your problem is quite critical may be you will go to buy a new rug.

i have an idea for you that may help you ..

There is an easy solution to your unraveling carpet and rug edges.
I use a grass carpet mat also. If you know someone who owns a heat
shrink gun ( like a hair dryer on steroids) it can be used to melt the
frayed edges. Or if you are very very careful you can use a propane torch.
It is like sealing the ends of nylon rope
