gpadden Joined: July 2008 Posts: 12 Location:	Posted: December 26, 2008 3:20 PM My bathroom is all red, black, and white and very contemporary. I am retiling the floor using 4X4 porcelain tiles. I have black tile and white tiles that I am going to create a checker pattern with. In the center of the floor, I want to create a centerpiece with red, black, and white porcelain tiles that are 1 X 1. Any ideas for a design that I can create with these? Thanks in advance.

It is also helpful to visit local tile showrooms for ideas. One idea for a rectangular shaped centerpiece is to create a border using the 1" red tiles and fill the center with the 1" black and white tiles checkerboard style run on a diagonal. This centerpiece would be surrounded by your 4" black and white checkerboard tiles run on a straight pattern.
