How can I protect my bamboo floors from sunlight without blocking it from lighting up the room with a drape?

Try using UV covers. They still let light in, but block out harmful UV rays

Try using light color blinds that allow some light to pass through.

You can try to give your floors more even sun exposure by periodically moving furniture around.
