How can I go about getting a grease spot out of my grout?

I would recommend using a good quality grout stain remover. If you have a colored grout, make sure the cleaner specifically states that it is safe on colored grout.

Personally, I like TileLab Grout and Tile Cleaner by Custom Building Products. You should be able to buy this at Home Depot.
