Hello, What type of tile do you have? If you have a porous unglazed tile there are penetrating sealers that help lock out the stains, otherwise there is no need to seal a glazed tile. Grout is notorious for staining and I always recommend using a penetrating grout sealer for that.

I bought and installed glazed tiles. So it sounds like I am ok then. I did use a grout sealer as I've heard a lot of stories about grout staining. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.
