Is vinyl ok to use in very dry, cold climates? Besides vinyl, what you recommend around a similar price?

RE: vinyl for dry, cold climates?
As long as it is used in an area that has a controlled temperature, I would think that it would be fine to use vinyl there. Just follow the instructions
