Some manufacturers sell custom floor transitions.  Here is a link to a list of manufacturers that may be able to help you www.thomasnet.com/products/tmoldin... or a local carpenter may be able to manufacturer one for you.

Some hardwood (not laminate) transition strips can be bent but you may want to hire a professional to take that on.  White ash or oak bends well, but you will want to find something that matches that laminate and bends easily.
