Can I install linoleum over old wood floors that are badly scratched and have beveled edges? If so, what do I need to do to prepare it? Thanks

You will need to use a self-leveling compound to even out the flooring.

Thanks for your help.  They were pretty bad, so I went ahead and had a profressional installer come out and do it for me.  My new linoleum looks great.  This site was really helpful in finding flooring help.
