What subfloors are suitable for linoleum to be installed over?

Usually linoleum is installed over concrete or plywood subfloors.  Not to say that it can't be installed over some other hard, flat, well-intact surfaces.  Check out this installation guide for full installation instructions. www.findanyfloor.com/pub/pdf/Insta...
