You should check with the cleaner as this varies between companies. Some of the economy packages might not cover all the other little expenses and this can double or triple the final cost in some extreme situations. I actually saw something on the news about this where carpet cleaners are offering rooms cleaned at $9.99 a room, and by the time they are done with all their fees, some were as high as $300-$400 to clean a few rooms. Just be careful! I would also recommending hiding any valuables before having a stranger into your home.
