Can someone please tell me what main questions I should ask to ensure that I choose a good carpet cleaner?

Ask if they are IICRC certified (some manufacturers require the carpet to be cleaned by someone who is IICRC certified)

Thanks. I almost went with someone who was not IICRC certified which would've voided my warranty. Thanks for this post.

In addition,you should ask:

 

Is the company insured, licensed, and bonded?

Do you guarantee your work and offer a return visit if unsatisfied?

What equipment and clean methods do you use (should be steam cleaning and van mounted equipment)?

What services are included in the price and what constitues an extra charge?

What is the final cost?
