What is the average cost to have prefinished bamboo floors professionally installed?

I would say between $2 and $4 per square foot. It will depend on how much preparation your subfloor needs, if they have to remove trims and molding and replace, and other factors.

I paid $2.50/ square foot for a pretty simple bamboo installation.
