Is there a specific type of bamboo that is recommended over radiant floor heating?

I would think that strand woven would be best, but be sure to check with you manufacturer.

Thanks Mrskosha.  I found some strand woven bamboo that was safe under radiant heating. It's installed already and it looks awesome!!

best bamboo wood floor for radiant heating
just check with the manufacturer.most likly it will be a floating floor , engineered bamboo is more resistant to the diffrences of moisture.Strand bamboo is very durable and there are a lot of companies selling this very hard bamboo sometimes called strand bamboo.Good luck

You have to check wtih manufacturer but floating bamboo are great over the radiant heating.
