How can I tell if a bamboo dealer is reputable? I want to buy bamboo for my kitchen but I'm worried that I will get ripped off.

They should be listed in the local BBB. I would look there first and see if they are a member. If not, I would not proceed personally. If they are a member, check to see if there are any complaints filed against them.
