No, all laminate is not equallt durable. Durability is determined by the construction method - High pressure produces more wear resistant floors than direct pressure. Other factors are core thickness and material (fiberboard is better than particleboard and thicker is better) and the backing (melamine is preferred over paper). Consult the laminate AC rating to get a good idea of durability. AC1 is least durable, AC5 is most durable.

All laminate have diffrent durabilyty. Some are harders some are high gloos and those would scrach easier. you just have to research each manufacturer.
