I am putting a home gym in a portion of my basement.  I have laminate floors there now that I want to protect from scratching (there will be heavy workout equipment placed on the floor).  Is interlocking rubber flooring a good choice?  If so, do you have any idea where I can find more info?  Thanks in advance!
