MrMarion, in reference to your question regarding formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is found virtually everywhere. It is naturally occuring as well as man made. It is widely used in building products such as plywood, particle board paneling and wood finishes. Many floor covering products such as carpet, padding and adhesives will contain formaldehyde. The levels are strictly monitored by manufacturers but not completely eliminated.
