Can bamboo floors be refinished like hardwood can? if so, do you know where I can find info on how?

Just like hardwood, it depends on the construction of the bamboo. Engineered bamboo usually cannot unless it has a very thick veneer layer. Solid bamboo usually can be refinished as well as strand woven.
