How do you reglue rubber tiles to a concrete substrate?

I'd hire a pro.  The adhesives used are dangerous from what I hear.

It really depends, there are some easy DIY glue-down rubber tiles.  If I were you, I would consult with a pro, but based on what they say, you may be able to DIY.
