My grout is developing hairline cracks in it. Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening?

Don't worry, this is entirely normal and a result of ever so slight expansion/contraction of your floor. It is simply a maintainance issue. Just be sure to have extra grout on hand and touch up now and then as needed.
