I have old vinyl flooring in my basement. I used a regular vacuum on it and it lifted and chipped off some off the corners. I don’t have replacement tiles and I don’t know where they were originally purchased from. Is there someone that can make custom tiles to match my old ones or does anyone have any other advice?

RE: corners chipped
Only if you KNOW they don’t contain asbestos - Carefully remove tiles from an area covered by furniture or appliances and switch with damaged ones. To do this, heat thoroughly with a blow dryer and use a putty knife to lift the tile one at a time without damaging. Make sure the subfloor is sanded smooth and is clean and dry. You can often just reheat the glue on the tile and stick it in place or apply new adhesive.

Good idea!  I never thought about doing that.  Sounds easy enough.
