My vinyl floor is very slippery. I think it may have been a cleanser that I used that made is slippery. Is there any way to make it have more traction?

RE: vinyl slippery
You could try a vinegar and water solution to bring the vinyl back to it's original finish. For most residential products, most manufacturers recommend using only products that don't leave a residue. Mop-n-glo and other cleansers that leave a waxy film are not recommended. That being said, unless the product is designed with a slip resistant finish, it may be that it is supposed to be a bit slippery. (No traction = easy to clean.) Of course, for many commercial products, waxing and buffing are required to make maintenance easier and increase the longevity of the floor.
