Is laminate able to withstand pooling liquids? I am considering installing in my bathroom. Thank you.

RE: laminate in the bathroom?
Most mfg’s do not recommend laminate floors for bathrooms and wet areas as pooling liquids will damage the product. If you insist on this for your bathroom be sure to glue the joints and caulk the entire perimeter to help prevent liquid from seeping under the flooring.
